专利说明:
description The invention disclosed here relates to a device for attaching a plate to a profile, which closed profile comprises a cross section with at least one recess at a corner of the cross section or on a side surface of the cross section, the device being attached to the plate. Closed profiles with a cuboid cross-section and at least one recess at one corner are used, among other things, in the construction of covers in front of supply lines and disposal lines. Usually, these closed profiles include a recess at all corners of the cuboid cross-section. To implement the invention, it is sufficient that the profile has a recess at at least one corner, which corner is on a side of the plate to be attached facing away from the plate. The profile can be part of a frame structure, on which frame structure other elements that are not directly related to the invention disclosed here are attached. For example, the profile can be part of a frame structure for covering supply lines and disposal lines in a toilet in an apartment, with further elements such as a toilet flush being attached to the frame structure. The profiles also have a closed cross-section with recesses at the corners, since further elements can be attached to such a cross-section in simple steps with suitable fastening devices. Because of the described cross-section, the profiles have a high strength and can be loaded with high forces. According to the prior art, plates are attached to the frame structure by means of screws. The screws are turned through the plates into the frame structure, whereby both the frame structure and the plate are weakened in their strengths. This type of connection is undoubtedly a weak point - also with regard to a permanent attachment of the plate to the frame structure. A person skilled in the art recognizes that a point connection such as with a screw leads to a concentration of stress. The attachment of the plate to the frame structure by means of a screw is also disadvantageous because when the screw is positioned, the frame structure behind it is covered and cannot be seen by the fitter. For this reason, the fitter has to precisely measure the frame construction and the possible positions of the screws, which is an error-prone and, moreover, laborious process. The invention has for its object to provide a device for attachment to a profile with the cross-section described above, which allows simple assembly without weakening the cross-section. According to the invention this is achieved by a device according to claim 1. The outlined in the context of the disclosure of this invention provides that the device is shaped so that it uses the recesses of the closed profile to produce a positive connection between the profile and the device. For this reason, the device has an engaging part, which engaging part engages in the recess. The engagement part engages in at least one recess, which recess is arranged on a side face of the profile facing away from the plate. In this way it can be achieved that the connection creates a connection between the plate and the profile, which connection does not allow any unintentional removal of the plate. The engagement part can have a shape adapted to the recess shape of the recess. The invention is in no way limited to the fact that the recess has a certain Has shape. The recess can also be a hole in a corner or in a side surface of the profile. Usually, in profiles according to the prior art, the recess is arcuate or polygonal and the engagement part has a shape that is congruent to the arcuate shape of the recess. In an inserted position, the engagement part extends in at least partial areas parallel to the recess, provided that the recess has a defined shape and does not have a bore. The engagement part can be elastically deformable when it is introduced into the rigidly designed profile. The engagement part can be rigid and deform the elastically deformable profile when it is introduced into the profile. The above provisions include that a first element can be designed to be essentially rigid and a second element to be elastic, the term "rigid" being understood to mean that the first element in the affected area is a material with a higher first modulus of elasticity than that having second element, so that only the second element is deformed when an element is introduced into the engaged position. Usually, the profiles of the frame construction described above do not have any subregions with elastic material properties, which is why the disclosure of the invention is in no way limited to an elastic design of the device. The device can for example be made from a sheet of aluminum or steel. The sheet metal can have a thickness of 0.3 millimeters to 1.2 millimeters. The engagement part can be introduced into the recess with the application of a prestress. A preload between the device and the profile has the effect that a loosening of the connection due to material fatigue or due to a plastic deformation of a material is prevented. In the following figures, a possible embodiment of the element according to the invention is shown by way of example. The following description of the figures refers to the figures below. The person skilled in the art is able to combine the above general part of the description with the following figures and the following description of the figures. The subject of protection is defined exclusively by the claims. The figures and the description of the figures serve exclusively to interpret the claims. Figures 1 to 3 show embodiments of the device according to the invention. Figure 1 and Figure 3 show the device according to the invention in combination with a profile. In the figures, the following reference symbols denote the following elements: 1 device 2 profile 3 plate 4 recess 5 sheets 6 Inside profile 7 Bowstring 8 surface 9 Contact Page 10 side element 11 insertion part 12 Direction of decrease 13 direction of application 14 inclined end faces FIG. 1 shows a cross section of the device 1 according to the invention, the profile 2 and a plate 3. The device 1 is designed as a C-shaped clip, which clip is applied to the profile 2. The profile 2 has a cuboid cross-section. FIG. 1 shows the special case that the profile 2 has a square cross-section. The profile 2 comprises a recess 4 at each corner of the cross section. In each case, a recess 4 is formed by an arch 5, which arch 5 extends on the side of the bowstring 7 facing the interior 6. The recess 4 thus forms a notch in the surface 8 of the profile 2, shapes of the recess 4 other than the shape shown in FIG. 1 also being conceivable. The device 1 comprises a contact side 9 with a contact surface to the plate 3. The device 1 and the plate 3 are connected to one another via the contact surface. The connection can be an adhesive connection, as explained in detail below by way of example. In principle, other forms of connection are also conceivable, the adhesive connection, as shown below, being particularly advantageous with regard to simple assembly. The device 1 further comprises two side elements 10, one side element 10 each being arranged adjacent to a side surface of the profile 2. The side elements 10 are at an angle of 90 degrees to the contact side 9 of the device. The angle of 90 degrees results from the geometry of the profile 2, other angles adapted to the geometry of the profile 2 also being conceivable. The side surfaces 10 have the technical task of creating a connection between the contact side 9 and engagement parts 11 of the device 1. The design of the side surfaces in general has no significant influence on the essence of the invention, provided that the above technical task is guaranteed. The introduction part 11 has a shape similar to the shape of the recess 4. The insertion part 11 has an arc shape similar to the recess 4. It is achieved by the congruent arc shapes that an unintentional removal of the plate 3 in a removal direction 12 indicated by the arrow is not possible. The congruent arc shapes also have the advantage that a relative displacement of the plate 3 to the profile 2 in a direction normal to the image plane is possible. The device 1 designed as a C-shaped clip is made of a material with elastic material properties. The device 1 can be made, for example, from a metal sheet, which metal sheet is elastically deformed in a direction of application 13 when the device 1 is applied to the profile 2. A person skilled in the art recognizes that when the device 1 is applied to the profile 2, the device 1 is expanded. When expanding, the distance between the insertion parts 11 is increased so that the device 1 can be pushed over the profile 2. The device 1 comprises inclined end surfaces 14 for applying the device. The person skilled in the art recognizes that the device 1 is essentially deformed in the corners identified by the reference symbol 15 when it is applied to the profile 2. In the position shown in FIG. 1, the device 1 can have a pretensioning state, which pretensioning state presses the device 1 against the profile 2 in the application direction 13. This enables a permanent clamping effect to be achieved. The inventive Device 1 has particular advantages during assembly. The assembly of a plate 3 on a frame structure comprising the profile 2 is much easier to carry out and less prone to errors. The fitter pushes the device 1, designed as a C-shaped clip, in the application direction 13 onto the frame structure, which frame structure is made from profile rods with a closed profile 2 with recesses 4. With the expansion of the device 1, the device 1 is pushed onto the profile 2, so that the device 1 and the profile 2 assume the position relative to one another, as this position is shown in FIG. The insertion parts 11 and the recesses 4 are in positive engagement with one another. Subregions of the recess 4 are at an angle to subregions of the insertion parts 11, so that the device 1 can only be moved in an application direction 12 by overcoming a resistance. The fitter glues the plate 3 onto the device 1 according to the invention applied to the profile 2. The plate 3 is glued onto the device 1 on the contact side 9 of the device 1. The person skilled in the art can apply an adhesive or a double-sided adhesive tape to one of the contact surfaces - preferably to the contact surface of the contact side 9. This makes it possible to attach the plate to the frame structure without measuring the possible positions of the devices 1. Further mounting options are conceivable. To pull off the plate 3 from the frame structure, the fitter pulls the plate 3 off, overcoming a resistance predetermined by the device 1. The resistance is defined by the required expansion of the device 1. To remove the device 1, it is necessary that the distance between the insertion parts 11 is widened to the dimensions of the profile. The resistance to be overcome to remove the device 1 is defined by the required expansion and thus deformation of the device and by the pressing of the insertion parts 11 onto the side surfaces of the profile 2. Figure 2 shows an embodiment of the device 1 according to the invention, which device 1 is designed as a C-shaped clip. The device 1 comprises a contact side 9. The contact side 9 comprises a contact surface, which contact surface is not on the opposite side of the contact side 9 in the illustration selected in FIG. As explained above, the contact surface serves to produce a bond between the plate 3 (not shown in FIG. 2) and the device 1. To produce a sufficiently strong bond, the contact surface must be dimensioned sufficiently large. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the contact surface has a greater width than the rest of the device 1. The contact surface must enable a sufficiently strong bond between the plate 3 (not shown in FIG. 2) and the device 1, so that the device 1 is not affected by the application of force to the plate 3 (not shown in FIG. 2) from the profile 2 (in FIG. 2) shown) can be deducted. The fitter can, for example, apply a suction cup to the plate 3 (not shown in FIG. 2) in order to pull the plate 3 (not shown in FIG. 2) together with the device 1 from the profile 2 (not shown in FIG. 2). Side elements 10 adjoin the contact side 9 of the device at an angle of 90 degrees. The side elements 10 and the contact side 9 form the shape of a C. At the other end of the side elements 10, the insertion parts 11 are connected, which insertion parts 11 merge into the inclined surfaces 14. The free ends 14 of the inclined surfaces 14 are at a greater distance than the dimensions of the profile 2 (not shown in FIG. 2). The contact side 9, the side elements 10 and the insertion parts 11 are suitable for at least partially enclosing the profile 2 (not shown in Figure 2) and removing the device 1 from the profile 2 (not shown in Figure 2) in a removal direction 12 on the principle of barbs to prevent. The insertion parts 11 act as barbs in the position inserted into the recess 4 (not shown in FIG. 2). FIG. 3 shows the representation of the device according to the invention in combination with a plate 3, with a bending radius of the device according to the invention and the radius of the recess 4 of the profile 2 being entered with R4 and R6, respectively. To maintain clarity, only one radius of the same radii is entered. The person skilled in the art recognizes that the radii of the device according to the invention between the inclined end surfaces 14 and the side surfaces 10 are the same or similar. The person skilled in the art also recognizes that the radii of the recesses 4 are the same or similar. The person skilled in the art recognizes in FIG. 3 that the special case of different radii R4 and R6 is shown in FIG. The radii R4 and R6 can also be the same, which is not shown in FIG. 1 and in FIG. The shape of the recesses 4 is defined by the radii R6. In particular, the depth is defined by which depth the device according to the invention can be introduced into the recess 4. The actual depth of the introduction of the device according to the invention into the recess 4, which depth can be controlled by the choice of the radii R4 and R6, controls the force by means of which the plate 3 together with the device according to the invention are removed from the profile 2 in the removal direction 12 can. With reference to the current teaching, the removal force is proportional to the deformation energy required for deforming the device according to the invention. In one embodiment of the device according to the invention, R4 = 4.0 millimeters was selected for the bending radius of the device with a radius of R6 = 6.0 millimeters of the recess of the profile. The above disclosure of the device according to the invention mentioned is an arcuate shape of the device according to the invention and the recess. Instead of the arcuate shape, at least one element can also have a polygonal shape or some other curved shape.
